Cap 132BK Section 8 Public Cleansing and Prevention of Nuisances Regulation

(1) No person shall obey the call of nature-

(a) in any street, public place or place exposed to the public view; or
(b) in any common part of a building other than a toilet or water closet.

(2) No person having the care or custody of any child under 12 years of age shall permit, without reasonable cause, such child to obey the call of nature-

(a) in any street, public area or place exposed to the public view; or
(b) in any common part of a building other than a toilet or water closet.

132BK章第8條《公眾潔淨及防止妨擾規例》

(1) 任何人不得在以下地方大小便─
(a) 任何街道、公眾地方或公眾看得見的地方;或
(b) 建築物的任何公用部分,而該公用部分並非洗手間或水廁。
(2) 任何正在照顧或看管一名12歲以下兒童的人,不得在沒有合理因由下,准許該兒童在以下地方大小便─
(a) 任何街道、公眾地方或公眾看得見的地方;或
(b) 建築物的任何公用部分,而該公用部分並非洗手間或水廁。

Cap 228 Section 4 Nuisances and miscellaneous offences

Any person who without lawful authority or excuse-

(3) obeys any call of nature in any public, exposed, or other improper place; (Amended 11 of 1949 s. 3)

shall be liable to a fine of $500 or to imprisonment for 3 months.
